(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

-querent = 1st house = Taurus = Venus
-quesited = 7th house = Scorpio = Mars
-querent is in quesited's signifying house/sign = + testimony that a meeting will occur
(although problems with this-for the querent- are indicated because Venus is in detriment)
-querent's Venus is also near perfecting an aspect to quesited's Mars (a square) which also indicates that a meeting will occur (but with much difficulty due to the square aspect)
...so, a meeting will occur; when?
-when-in the chart (not in an ephemeris!) Venus circles round to conjunct Mars: that is in 9 signs = 9 time units; could be weeks (9 weeks), but with fixed signs on the angles, more like 9 months; so I'll estimate from 2 months to 9 months from the date of this question (hope it is closer to the 2 month/9 week estimate!)

No, it doesn't mean something is your fault, the Venus in detriment just shows your difficult situation regarding this matter; the Venus/Saturn seperating movement shows the current seperation of you and him, and that this physical seperation also has hed a negative ramification upon your relationship with him.

Both Sun and Mercury rule the intercepted 5th....so you could soon be involved in romance with someone else, if only you let this guy go...

i don't think that i could soon be involved in romance with someone else because i am very much in love with him and he says that he feels the same and so it's diffucult to forget him

Following is part of my continuing testing of the experimental Walis Magic 8 Ball divination method and is not standard horary practice; following uses whole sign house format

Now that this is a known-outcome question (no they did not meet), what would the Magic 8 Ball divination have indicated?

-the 7th house in the chart would have signified the other person, and meeting with that other person, therefore the 7th house = the quesited
-7th house = Scorpio = Mars which = a "no" answer according to 8 Ball rules
Therefore the Magic 8 Ball correctly predicted that the querent and quesited would not meet-so I'll add this to the "correct" column, in my continuing testing of the Magic 8 Ball divination method here on AW...
