Will she find a new love soon?

Hi,

A chart sent from my friend. She broke up for few months, and start to move on. She asks me some opinion about her chart.

She told me, she has a hope as Moon in Saturn house, but I think with square aspect and Moon is in detriment of himself and in her 12H, that would be not easy.

Saturn is in her exal. Her head is strong, but Venus is in own detriment - her heart is weak.
Although she would meet him but I think Moon is not strong enough to express himself in this time.

The next aspect of Moon is square Satrun and then next 9 degrees to sectrine Venus and Uranus (if I don't get wrong). Will it's promissing for the good outcome with the unexpect situation.

I think she will find him but not fast as she expect - let say 9 units of time, maybe 9 months.

From that chart, I'd say it doesn't look like it.

She is Saturn (1st house, Cap) and any potential significant other is the Moon (Cancer, setting); the two planets are harsh on one another, square. Saturn's in the ninth; the Moon in the twelfth.

She may simply feel like she needs time alone (Saturn, in the ninth house of spirituality, suggests needing some time for meditation.)

She may have problems with trust after whatever happened to end the last relationship (the Moon represents a significant other in her life, and is in the 12th house of secrets, unconscious factors, and self-undoing.)

Saturn and the Moon are in cadent houses, and cardinal signs. The situation is just starting, and her love life may not have a high priority at the present. There's a lot going on in her 10th House of work as well.

-POL falls @ 18 Virgo
a) in her 8th whole sign house = - testimony

-her significator = lord of 1st house = Capricorn = Saturn
-significator of another possible person for a love relationship = lord of 7th house = Cancer = Moon
-her significator Saturn flows away from the POL = - testimony
-possible new love significator Moon flows away from the POL = - testimony
-Moon also flows away from Saturn and is applying to a square aspect to Saturn = - testimony
-significator for the POL, Mercury (dispositor of the POL) flows away from Saturn and also from the POL itself = - testimony

...all indications here are pretty negative, so I would say no she will not find a new love soon.
What period of time might this prediction hold good? Taking the ascending sign as indicative of a period of time, and applying Al-Biruni's zodiacal time-parameter table, with Capricorn on the ascendant (and cardinals on the 4 angles of the chart) I'll say the chart indications are likely to hold valid for the next approximately 10 weeks, after which time the Cosmic circumstances could change and a re-asking of this same question would be justified...

Hadn't been here for long time and I'm very appreciated for your help, thank you SteveGus and dr.farr to answer the question.

I come here again because there is a situation happend after the last question, my friend she told me, there is a guy ask her to be friend on FB, with a strange maner - he doesn't ask her to add friend on FB but ask her to contact by email. She deciced try to make friend with him and seem he is a nice guy, and polite, and for now she's already in contact with him for few week. She feels seem he want to be an ultimate friend with her more than a cusaul friend. Then she ask a question again.

"Will I meet a new love soon?"
The chart is appearently the late ASC (27.51-Capricorn). It can point she has already know the anwer as she've met someone.

But in the chart I think "yes" as Saturn and Moon will trine in next 10 degree, saturn is strong in own exal and moon is in 5th house and tripicity of Saturn , Venus is opposite Moon and translate the light to Saturn - it's his action.

I know following horary rule the chart is unreadable, but I think we still can find what happened and I hope dr.farr method can help. Thanks.
