Extremely paranoid: Venus Conjunct Pluto 8 degrees Scorpio

I have a a stellium of planets (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Pluto) all in Scorpio all falling within the 9th house (cusp = 4 degrees Scorpio). I've been feeling very nervous and threatened lately and I'm afraid to even drive. My North Node is conjuct my natal moon in Aries at 19 degrees, which supposedly indicates some level of fatefulness in my chart....19 degrees Aries is also said to be unlucky, due to the fixed stars there or whatever. I've had two near-death experiences as a child that were entirely self-induced (nearly jumping out of a house window/car window.) My mom saved me both times. I was also tormented by nightmares well into my adolescence. Any insight into this?

Also, on the Scoprio side my sun is at 21 degrees (critical degree, unlucky?), conjuct Mercury at 19 degrees, and aforementioned Pluto & Venus are conjuct at 8 degrees, which just sounds bad but makes sense because nearly ALL of my relationships have been troubled/unrequited/characterized by betrayal. Add to that Saturn & Uranus in the 10 house (cusp = 0 degrees Sag.) in Saggitarius at 9 and 20 degrees.

Finally, my South Node is in Libra in the the 8th house (cusp = 27 degrees Virgo) and the North in Aries in the 2nd house (cusp = 27 degrees Pisces.) My vetex is at 7 Virgo. And although I have Jupiter in Pisces at 13 degrees in the 1st house, my life has been anything but happy-go-lucky...although it appears to be.

Oh, and my Ascendant and Mars are in Aquarius at 10 and 21 degrees (another critical fixed degree) respectively.

Hi,
It might be helpful if you provide birth data, so that your chart can be set up. It's very difficult to see the forest with so many individual trees dotted here and there.
That said, you do appear to have a heavy 'fixed sign' complement, and with Saturn, Chiron and Neptune firmly transiting the fixed signs, you could be experiencing the influence of what they represent within yourself. I guess the question could be, 'Do you need to be so emotionally/mentally fixated about everything in order to breed security within yourself, or rely upon others to secure it for you? (Nodal axis).

• Transiting Jupiter is conjunct your natal Saturn
• Transiting Mars is conjunct your natal Uranus
