I would normally look to T Saturn and T Uranus and hard aspects to venus, which don't seem to be happening....

Hello,

Attached is the horoscope of my husband.

He is not doing well in his career despite very good knowledge, intelligence and education. His biggest problem in life is his alcoholism. Also he seems to be having some mental trouble which doesnt show up in medical reports. He has not attained the normal level of maturity with age. He is still too fragile and irresponsible like a 10 year old. Do you see any such mental trouble in his chart and do you think it will diminish with age or progress. I have taken him to alcohol rehabilitation centers, counselling etc but to no good use. Please advise.
