Can a Chart Provide Insight into a Situation Without a Question?

I am not sure if this question belong in the Horary Astrology Board, but several minutes ago, I was inspired to create a chart of the moment in order to receive insight into a specific situation with no real question in mind. I have been thinking about this issue for several weeks now--perhaps longer--but I never thought to utilize astrology to help me until now. Do you believe such a chart could be accurately read?

Hi AM, I also feel it is possible as such a chart will then be a total intuitive thing really. Also ask Draco or Radu, they will know.

I say yes. i rarely look at astrology for any one issue. and i occassionally do tarot and i do it without a specific question in mind, i also use two decks.
i trust if a message is important enough it will erupt out of any channel i use to look for answers, otherwise i am blocking my attempt at receiving final answer.

Yes. Check for time and date of an event that you are wondering about. For example, you receive a letter in the mail from...I don't know...your college. Does the ascendant fall on any significant points in your chart, your MC perhaps? What is the condition of the Sun in relation to the Moon and also individually? I once received a "goodbye" letter from a particular club I was in. The Ascendant was tightly conjunct my Midheaven and the Sun and Moon were in a nice, tight opposition to one another. The Moon was also Full (endings) - signifying the ties being severed. Check for house placement and aspect to give clues as to what the situation is about and also how it may turn out for you.
