What would you look for in determining the best time to start a full and total 180 in your health?

Or, in other words, what would be the best time to begin a completely new regiment designed to un-do the health problems of yesterday and bring on the positive health of tomorrow?

I don't think finding or developing will power can be seen in the natal chart.

Perhaps if T Saturn were going over your Asc, is supposed to be good for losing weight and perhaps going through 6th..
