Please could anyone tell me if for example, i have the Arabic Part of Mother in Leo but my mother is Aquarius and has not any significator in Leo, what that means?

In addition to Olivia's comments, I would add that any planetary or star conjunction with the Part (close conjunction, within 2 degrees either coming or going) is an important element in the delineation of the meaning of that Part.

Also, pay attention to the Part's "indicator" planet-this is the planet dispositing ("ruling") the sign in which the Part is posited: to a great extent the condition, connections, directions, ramifications (dodekatemorion) of that "indicator planet" will tell us about the meaning and significance and conditions/ramifications, of the subject/s to which the Part refers.

Influences "behind" (underlying) the Part can be investigated by the antiscion of the Part; similarly, the ramification of the Part (where it "might go", where it is "headed", or insight into the hidden import of the Part relative to the chart as a whole) can be determined by either the Egyptian or-what I prefer-the Pauline dodekatemorion of the Part.
