Will I leave CA next year?

Approx in the summertime. Me and a friend are planning to go on a trip abroad and I need to square out some things first which could prevent me from going if I don't square them away. She is business savvy and knows how to help me get it solved. Please do let me know. Thanks.

My poor analysis:

Me: Venus
Move: 4th house/Moon/9th house (foreign country)
Foreign country: Saturn

First things first. Chart is radical. Venus (me) in a fixed house not good! ****! under Leo. Plus emotional attachment to home.
But Venus sextile to Saturn (I will have the money to leave home? from working at a job - hence Saturn in 6th house).
Jupiter 12th house fin aid trines pluto (authority) 8th house can see that I receive fin assistance. YAY!
Uranus opposite Saturn puts hold on my career goals or radically changes it.
North node in 7th house under Sag makes alot of sense, I would be going with a friend, traveling with her abroad. Its a partnership.
The moon looks depressing.

I mean as in physically moving out of state. Not dreaming, nor planning. But actually being deposited out of here. Why did my chart read my wishes vs. what will take place? Strange. Horary is a mystery to me.

If you are asking if you will move house out of CA that would require an applying aspect between Venus and Mars. The answer is no.

I join Culpeper in this conclusion, relative to moving house out of California in 2012.

A trip out of California during this period of time, though is more promising: following Primary Ankara, although you (Venus) are combust, your co-significator, the Moon flows toward 9th (whole sign) house significator Saturn, which 9th house significator, although cadent (-) is both exalted (+) and in a Bright Degree of Libra (+) which all adds up to a pretty + indication for a trip.

Im confused your saying leaving CA this year is more promising??? Holy moly Jesus told me via locution I would leave to spain this year!!!! AHHHH!!! after a catastrophe. Are you serious???

I am saying that a trip out of California seems promising between now and the time you mentioned in 2012. Catastrophe I can't say!

For me, Moon is not VOC because it will perfect a square with Mars later on the 3rd, prior to Moon leaving the sign of Virgo and prior to Mars entering Cancer (on the 4th)

However, I do not consider Moon VOC of much importance in horary (I follow the pre-Bonatti horarists in my attitude regarding Moon VOC in horary)
