I know this is considered a stricture but I wonder if someone might explain exactly what it means.... You do not have the right to know? It can't be answered? No to your question?
As I know, when Sa is in 7 house astrologer usually give wrong prediction, so it is better for him not to read chart at all. I have read 2 chart with Sa in 7 and both times I was wrong.
