find the links on the cafeastrology directing you to Mercury in 7th house and to Jupiter in 7th house and then read them. You'll get a clearer idea of the influences these three planets are having on your relationships.
your 5th house ruler is also an influence on love affairs/relationships and according to your Placidus chart, the ruler of your 5th house is the Moon which in your chart is in Capricorn in the 11th house. Your Capricorn Moon is ruled by your 7th house Saturn

Tara, you have a "loaded" 7th house, indicating that having a permanent relationship is very important to you, whether you are in one much of the time or not. Sometimes when this happens, women rush into relationships before they know enough about the other person. Or perhaps you would stay in a bad relationship simply because you don't want to be single.
Your moon indicates your needs and feelings, and it makes a difficult angle (a square) to some of your 7th house planets. So this is kind of a recipe for having your feelings hurt in a relationship. You would seem to be very idealistic about relationships, on the one hand; yet perhaps you feel, in your heart of hearts, that you really do not deserve very much.

Hey there. I'm going to be the one that comes along and upsets the apple cart. lol.
I use the Whole Sign System which gives one house per sign. This gives you a loaded 8th house as opposed to a 7th house. However, this is also the house that has the sign of Libra, so we see that relationships are indeed important to you.
Natally, your Capricorn moon in detriment squares your exalted Saturn in Libra. This is an intense battle between the two for superiority. Lately though, Saturn would be considered to be 'winning' because Saturn is back in Libra. You are coming into your Saturn Return. I'll come back to that.
The struggle represented by your Moon/Saturn square shows that you have a hard time expressing your emotions or even accessing them. While the moon may be detriment in Capricorn, it is very strong. You feel keenly but may not accept what you are feeling as being too emotional. With a strong Saturn squaring your moon, this feeling is bound to be amplified. You may not be able to express your caring and nurturing feelings for others. On the other hand, you take a great responsibility for other people's emotional well being. The purpose of the square is to get you to realize that your emotions are every bit as valid, real and in need of expression as other people's.
What's more, is this aspect shows that you feel like you receive disapproval from other people for the way that you naturally are. Your moon shows us how you insitinctively move through the world. Having Saturn in the sign of partnerships square your moon shows that you feel like the people closest to you don't get or approve of you. It's an isolating scenario that only you can break. As far as the Saturn Return goes, the good news is that you after it's all said and done, you will have a better grasp on this issue. Your ability to cope with it will likely come about through some major trials or unique and unanticipated turns on your life path. Pretty typical and standard stuff.
There may also be upsets in your love life at this time as impulsive and reckless Uranus is currently squaring your Venus. This is not the time to look for a solid relationship. They may get off with a bang, but are likely to leave you wanting when all is said and done.
During your Saturn Return is not a good time to start anything. Instead it is time to retreat into yourself and get to work on your own issues. Trust me, life will give you no peace unless you do. Don't worry. All of us with heavy Cardinal influences (Aries, Libra, Capricorn) are all feeling it right now. Between Saturn/Uranus and Pluto, the world is literally rockin at the moment.

I dont agree that the Saturn return is not necessarily a good starting time. People often have children on this one. Have major life changes such as promotions, need to get real in a material way and have more responsibility and sure I agree that if Saturn is in the 12th you would be spending more time alone and in introspection perhaps.

As I see it your 5th house of romance ruler is saturn and this is placed in the 7th along with Mercury....I feel that you may have a later life partnership which either is worked based or you meet in your work place or where you deal with shopping, food, accommodation and even pets. I think you may have had or will have two partnerships.
Your relationships will be based on practical matters and your star pattern does not promise a wild love affair but rather of wanting security and predictability in these matters which an older person may give or in your later life. Mercury rules your 7th (for now) we dont know that it is the proper ruler of Virgo but have to use it now....and Mercury is positioned in the 7th.....and a wide conjunction to Saturn again indicates you may be involved with someone older and more established or there may be two such persons or one is somewhat younger too. I think an Earthy person or of that element is the one for you. Again with the connection to the 10th house someone met in your work situation or who is your boss or someone in authority......I would say someone who lectures, teaches or is a salesperson of some kind.....works in retail but definitely involved with the real world in a down to earth manner.

I'm going to do something a little different and not give you astrological advice just yet. I believe that romance starts from within and radiates outward. One thing I've learned after many years of being alone is that you can have the best alignments in the world for love but if you are not putting out the right kind of energy you will never find it. If you put the energy out to the universe that you are ready then it will come to you. If there is some part of you that is going back and forth on whether you want it or not then you will send confused energy outward and it will not come.
That being said, having some good alignments can get you on your way. As of right now your progressed moon is midway through Aquarius and in about 10 months will form trines to your stellium in Libra in the 7th house. So that could be a very opportune time for love to come along. But like I said, if your heart isn't there it won't come.

Come to think of it, my son was born when I was 29. Consequently our Saturns are conjunct within 3 degrees. The first Saturn return is generally a time of maturation--the transition from youth to middle age.
Element, your advice is excellent! It is hard for a woman to find Mr. Right and maintain a relaxed relationship if she projects herself as a bundle of needs, which he is expected to fill according to her specifications.
I am not saying you do this, Tara, but letting go of your need to find True Love and developing your inner strength as a happy single is important. Not coincidentally, it is also very attractive.

You know, now that I think of it, I met my boyfriend about a year and a half before my return. Still that was a relationship entered into with great care over the course of a couple of years. I think it's a great time to possibly meet someone, but am of the frame of mind that it's a personal time and the focus should be on one's self as opposed to starting a relationship. Especially under such a strong Uranian transit.

all your advice have a strong resonance that i should take the time to find myself. strangely enough i find myself at that point where i quite don't know what i want and should probably do the same. This is a difficult phase for me. My dad passed away a couple of months back and with that came this rushed feeling that im losing time or something. i find myself wanting answers like whats is store for me. im in love with this guy and he loves me but i keep pushing him away cause im confused. we haven't been together in a while. we talk sometimes and thats how i know. will that work out or should i just move on.

Hello Tara, Sorry to hear that your dad passed away recently

Basically, Culpeper advised Sabby to begin by checking whether the ascendant rulers of each chart aspect each other and if so, with what kind of an aspect.
Looking at the chart you posted, your ascendant is Pisces which for Traditional Astrologers is ruled by Jupiter and your Jupiter is in Libra. The ascendant of the guy in question is Scorpio which for Traditional Astrologers is ruled by Mars and in this case their Mars is in Virgo,so there is apparently no aspect between the ascendant signs.
