Medical Astrology Astrological diagnoses and other health issues are discussed here. Given that there are so many outer and inner influences on one's health (alimentation, sports, medication, past medical antecedents, state of mind, etc.), an astrological diagnosis is only one of many things to consider when determining your healthiness.

Smile Recurrent miscarriage-Will I ever become pregnant and deliver a healthy baby?

HI, everyone! I am new to this forum and would love it if anyone can give me some feedback. I suffered 3 miscarriages in the last year and 1/2 and I am desperately trying to have a baby before it is too late. I am now 39 and after trying Western medicine unsuccessfully, I am now trying traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. My acupuncturist, who also practices some astrological medicine told me that Jupiter was on the 5th house of my sign and that was a good sign. Please review the chart I got from Astro.com.

Thank you

My info: DOB: 2/18/1972 at 7:30pm (palmira, Colombia)
HusbandDOB:6/2/1971 between 11:30pm and midnight)

QUOTE: The Moon’s sway over our sex life and fertility is almost universally accepted, though still full of mystery. It’s part of a rhythm observed in the natural world, with the life force growing, plumping up, being animated at the waxing cycle, and diminishing during the waning cycle. One observable example is the burgeoning of crustaceans with eggs and sperm on the building cycle, and release at the full Moon. And in the mating game, we see voluptuousness busting out at the Full Moon over at the dance club. The full Moon atmosphere of extroversion and high energy creates the moon for the love connection. And this peak of sexual ardor and rising female hormones is why more babies are born on Full Moons than any other time. It matches the Moon phase of conception exactly!
Since time began, women have watched the Moon, and its mirroring of their own menstrual cycle. This intimacy with life’s very rhythm made them the keepers of the blood mysteries. Many women have reclaimed this connection to Mother Moon, seeking to go with the flow, and not against it. And there’s a growing interest in using lunar calendars to find the peak fertile days, which often coincide with the desire for intercourse.
Back in the 1950s, a Czech doctor called Dr. Eugene Jonas, brought some of this lunar wisdom into the realm of scientific discovery. He found out that women’s fertility peaks during the Moon phase that matches the one they were born under. For example, if a woman was born during the dark of the Moon, her peak is the three days around that time, even if it coincides with the menstrual period. That means there are two peak periods for fertility in a month, one being the regular mid-cycle ovulation.
Here are some quick tips on Moon and Fertility:

  • As the Moon waxes, the estrogen levels go up, which peaks at the Full Moon.
  • For women, the Full Moon is energizing and there’s less need for sleep; the radiant Moonlight makes women feel alluring and receptive to sex.
  • During the waning Moon, higher progesterone prepares the womb for the possibility of new life.
  • At the dark of the Moon, hormones are at their lowest, and there’s a need to rest and tune in psychically, so renewal can happen.
  • The Moon’s mood lighting, the charged-up physical energies and expressive emotionality of the Full Moon are some reasons why it’s a peak for sexual activity.
  • Birth rates are lower in the three-day period at the new Moon; this reflects the lowered libido and energy for sex at that time.
  • At the woman’s natal lunar phase, high stress or sexual intercourse can bring on “spontaneous ovulation.”
  • The lower birth rates at the new moon suggests that it’s a time of lowered libido.
  • Your most fertile days are when the mid-cycle ovulation matches up with the natal lunar phase.
  • The lunar phase can be calculated from your natal chart, by counting the degrees that the Moon is ahead of the Sun.
  • Your fertility peaks when the Moon and Sun are in that angular relationship every month.
  • There’s evidence that a man’s sperm count reaches a peak during his lunar return – when the Moon is in the sign he was born in.
  • Dr. Jonas found that the sex of a baby was in synch with whether the Moon was in a masculine or feminine sign at the time of conception.
  • The masculine signs are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius.
  • The feminine signs are Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.
  • For your best chance at a boy baby, have sex during your fertile times when the Moon is in a masculine sign. Choose a feminine sign for a girl baby.

QUOTE from:
http://www.conceptionactionpack.com/...itybasics.html website by Nadia MacLeod.

Lunar Fertility Basics

The phenomenon of Lunar Fertility is all based on the re-discovery of the Natal Lunar Phase by Slovakian psychiatrist Dr Eugene Jonas in the 1950's. Living in a time and place where abortion was illegal, and the rhythm method the only method of contraception. Dr Jonas had to counsel many distressed women who were unintentionally pregnant.
Dr Jonas sought to discover why the rhythm method had such a high failure rate, and after researching the birth data of thousands of women he observed some astonishing patterns.
To help make sense of the data he was seeing, Dr Jonas's interest in astrology led him to ancient writings from Babylon and Assyria which stated that...
“women are fertile during a certain phase of the moon”
...But which phase of the moon?
Through further research, study and calculation he discovered that the lunar phase at which a woman was fertile depended on the relationship between the sun and the moon at the moment she was born.
You are fertile at that time of your cycle when the moon is at the same lunar phase as when you were born.
This is called your Natal Lunar Phase.
More About Your "Natal Lunar Phase"

The term "lunar phase" simply refers to the angle between the sun and the moon. It has nothing to do with the moons zodiac sign.
You're already familiar with some phases - for example, New moon, Crescent moon, Full moon etc. This diagram illustrates the moon's monthly journey:

This diagram shows the moon moving through its phases each month - you are fertile each month when the moon returns to the same phase as it was at your birth. This is your INDIVIDUAL and PERSONAl lunar fertile time.
Each individual is born under a particular moon or lunar phase and so were you.
Here's the important part...

Each month when the moon returns to this same position, it can trigger your body to spontaneously ovulate, even if this time occurs outside your normal mid-cycle fertile time.
Now it may not always do this, but the potential is there.
Furthermore - the moon's trigger effect is increased by two factors - stress and sexual intercourse.
That is, if you are having sex during your natal lunar phase, the chances of ovulation being triggered are increased. And multiple sexual play at this time further increases this risk.
If you're trying to conceive you can use this "trigger" function to your advantage.
That's because you experience heightened fertility when your mid-cycle ovulation is synchronized with your natal lunar fertile phase. By synchonizing the two cycles in this way, you mazimize your chances of getting pregnant.
How To Use This Information To Get Pregnant

You can use this information to help you conceive if you know when your lunar fertile times are occuring. These are the times when you should aim to have intercourse to maximize your chances of conception.

I am not a professional astrologer, however the information I have posted may help you conceive more easily if you know what your moon phase angle is. Your moon phase angle is located on your natal chart, so do upload your natal chart if you want more detail

The link you have given allows only you to see your chart, other people cannot! You need to upload your chart to this forum, there are instructions on this website how to do that. As well as that, if you click on the link to your chart yourself and then click on 'free horoscope' then click on 'extended chart selection' then click on 'Special Charts' then choose the last option which is 'Lunar Phases Fertility Calendar' you'll have a table of the days you are most likely to conceive according to your personal moon phase. If you combine this with your husband's fertility cycle as well, that is the best chance for you both

Re: Recurrent miscarriage-Will I ever become pregnant and deliver a healthy baby?

With inflammatory Aries ruling the 8th whole sign house (reproductive organs), and Mars dispositing both the Moon and Venus (posited therein), the energetic "root" of the repeated problem is indicated: therefore natural tonics and natural anti-inflammatory remedies would seem to be indicated. In homeopathy we have several remedies to help overcome a tendency to miscarriage; one of these, which, in addition, has a relationship to inflammatory tendencies in the female reproductive tract, is Sabina; many homeopaths recommend a course of Sabina 6x (or 6x alternated with 30c), one dose repeated every 2 or 3 days, over a 3 month initial trial period of time. In Ayurvedic herbalism, asparagus root, called Shatavari, is also often indicated as tonifying to the female reproductive system (as is Dong Quai in Chinese medicine).
