Did Rob purposely kiss Joanne on the lips to either flirt or make me jealous?

Rob has this strange habit that annoys me of kissing woman hello on the lips. It absolutely infuriates me and makes me extremely jealous and angry. We have discussed it on a couple of occasions but it happen again with my uncle's girlfriend. Did he do it intentional to either flirt or make me jealous or is it as he says some natural greeting that he has been accustomed to that I am very over reactive and sensitive about without reason?

-the Sun is posited in Rob's 11th house of friendship
-therefore, in my opinion, the Sun (Rob) kisses on the lips as his expression of friendhsip/friendliness (11th house)
-therefore, relative to the specific horary question, this indication suggests to me that no, Rob did not kiss Joanne on the lips to flirt (with her) or to make you jealous.
