As one who has also had the `pleasure' of Saturn's transit to natal Neptune, I imagine that this transit in the 10th is bringing you face-to-face with relationships/dreams/life goals/ideals which may no longer be working well for you. The pressure of this transit has been in figuring out what it is trying to tell us. I imagine that Neptune's conjunction with Venus in Libra has been a life-long drive to experience the ideal in relationships and life itself..........the dreamer,the poet/artist/idealist. Tr Saturn is never kind to this conjunction, but the extended Rx pass over your Neptune would have perhaps affected your health - since Venus rules your 6th, and is conj Neptune. I suspect that this virus is one of those mysterious, Neptunian, elusive things.

Whether we like it or not, Saturn is driving us to wake up and admit to the limitations of our usual methods. We are having to begin again from a place of cold reality. This is tough for Neptunian types.
You've mentioned the effects of Uranus through your 4th - I feel no need to elaborate there.
My interpretation of Pluto through your 2nd is that it is redirecting you in not-very-subtle ways. Pluto is your ASC-ruler, and it is transiting the house ruled by Jupiter (conj your ASC) so the ways in which you express your optimism may change. That is, your values - specifically what it is you value in yourself - are likely to change, ultimately for the better. This must be in keeping with the values you are bringing into the area of your housing.
I am observing that the current square between tr Uranus and tr Pluto is already very dramatic for those who need/want to make fundamental changes in their lives. This also means that the houses ruled by Pluto and Uranus - in your case, 1st and 3rd - will be the areas which can potentially benefit from this outer planet square. But until tr Saturn has passed Neptune, then nothing will seem terribly clear to you. Hopefully by mid-late August you will be free to see things as they really are.
