My cousin's daughter, Just been born today!

Hi, my cousin and his girlfriend have just had their little girl born at 9.51pm GMT this evening, after a very long and painful pregnancy,I am very proud of them and wish them all the good luck in the world!

We would like to know what she will do in her life, career wise, and what her personality will be like in general, I am slightly confused at this chart because it says the ASC is 27 degrees Sag, now does that still count as a Sag ASC or a CAP ASC? with all that Cap being in her 1st house?

I have also noticed that she's been born under this Total Lunar Eclipse

Well one thing I can tell you with jupiter ruler of the rising in Taurus in the 5th house and in the 6th house sign is they will be hard working and chartiable and will get much pleasure from such. With mercury in the 7th ruling the 7th and conjunct the part of fortune they will marry someone who is or will become fairly if not quite successful and will be quite intelligent and will likely love learning and travel.
