I think he did, Moon is within orb of an opposition to Venus, ruler of your 3rd, after opposing Mars, ruler of their 3rd. Could you let us know, if helps greatly in learning horary and astrology!

I thought it was 1/7 + moon for a romantic interest, and 1/11 + Moon if a friend??

At any rate, you are Jupiter - if romantic possibility or you feel that way for him - I would define him as 7th house...Mercury. Mercury & Jupiter make no aspect.

If friend, 11th house, he is Saturn - again, no aspect.
Moon makes no aspect to either, and Saturn being in the 7th house doesn't thrill me.

I am not surprised that this did not happen.

(Following is part of my continuing testing of the experimental Walis Magic 8 Ball astro-divination method and is not standard horary; following uses whole sign house format)

Since this is now a known outcome question (quesited did not accept the querent's invitation) what would the Magic 8 Ball have indicated?

-I myself would have taken the 2nd from the 7th as signifying his acceptance of a communications offering of friendship request; Scorpio is on this house which = Mars which = a "no" answer according to 8 Ball "rules"
-a good argument could be made to take the 5th from the 7th as representing his feelings of accepting friendship from the querent*; if, then, this house were selected as quesited signficator, Capricorn is on this house which = Saturn which also gives a
"no" answer to this question.

Either relevant signifying house gives a correct "no" answer to this question, therefore I am adding this to the "correct prediction" column in my continuing testing of the Magic 8 Ball astro-divination method here on AW...


*this would also be the querent's House of Friends, the 11th from the ascendant

I'm not always sure it means a no. I had a romance question where an opposition meant a yes, the two people met. Though it didn't last long. There is another chart on the career section where Moon final aspect was opposition to the significator (for job) and they got the job, the reception included a detriment. So I am in debate about this... maybe I need to read a bit more traditional horary...

That's why I always use a totality of testimonies in making horary delineations, rather than only a single consideration, regardless of how important that single consideration might be*...

(*I am talking about horary here, not the Magic 8 Ball divination method ; also, in horary, the only time I do NOTtake the totality of testimonies as my guide is when the SN is on the ascendant or when the SN is in the sign on the primary quesited house)
