Do you know what that means? It means absolutely nothing.
On the other hand, in your Natal Chart your Lot of Inheritance is at 9° Aries in your 2nd House (Wealth) ruled by Mars in your 4th House (Real Estate). Mars is Peregrine, Retrograde and in Detriment in Cancer, but opposed to Jupiter who is the general Significator of Wealth and Mars/Jupiter are in Mutual Reception by Exaltation (Capricorn is the Exaltation of Mars and Cancer is the Exaltation of Jupiter).
Whatever you inherit, you'll have a difficult time and make some enemies.

Being someone with an extraordinary knowledge of law, if you wait until he dies, it will be too late. If you're serious, you should contact a probate attorney in West Virginia now and discuss the matter. If your uncle dies intestate, the matter could be held up in Probate Court for years, and cost you a large sum of money in attorney fees, court fees, legal costs and government taxes, to the point where you may have to sell all or part of whatever portion of land you may have inherited just to break even.
A probate attorney can advise you on the matter in a consultation for free or for a nominal fee, and you would be aware of your rights and have some understanding of West Virginia probate laws. He could also advise you how to handle this situation tactfully without creating a firestorm.
Your worst nightmare would be if your uncle is cremated, because then you would never know, but contacting an attorney in advance and having an idea of your rights and the law, and having some semblance of a plan can avoid a lot of hassle and waste of your money and time.
It may also be possible under West Virginia law to file a Quit Claim Deed and avoid having to prove paternity.

That would only prove if they're compatible (or not). It wouldn't prove anything else.
Don't bother with transits either. That's a complete waste of time there.
