so i have plans, m having jupiter conjuncting my natal jupiter in 9th house, m having the natal uranus in 4th conjuncting the AC in my Solar Return, and there is a gut feeling too...

so m i going abroad this year?

If you plan to move to foreign country then you have chance. You are Ve and Moon, and move is 7H matter, ruler is Ma, Moon will sextile Ma that si Yes answer to your question.
But if you plan to go to foreign country and come back where you live then the answer is No, because in that case we look for ruler of 9 house it is Me, there are no applaying aspect between ruler and the answer on your question is No.

well like i used the word "dewll". i don't intend to come back i intend to stay there, but there is a curiosity here, i thought for moving to foreign lands we use 9th house..
just for my knowledge, why are we using 7H?
