Great Synastry, difficult composite and A LOT of intense feelings

I have here my Synastry and Composite with this girl I am in love with. We have great mental rapport and when we spend time with each other, we just get lost in our own little words, very happy together and just indulging in our common interests. We have a lot of things in common. We even share, to some extent, similar personalities. All of this is great, since our Synastry is great. However, I have known her for almost two years and now I am starting to feel the Composite's effects. Lately, she has been pointedly cold towards me, which is totally random and I have no idea where that is coming from. I'm guessing, our Uranus aspects in our Composite is making the disturbances and disruption in our equilibrium. I am especially feeling the Plutonian aspects. She wouldn't tell me what's wrong, but I know deep inside there is something that I've done to upset her. She's giving me the silent treatment right now and I am suffering immensely from this. I know Plutonian aspects are hard, but can be rewarding when they're properly dealt with. However, I don't have the heart to impose my will upon her and she seems to respond better when I give her control of the situation. I dunno, haha. It hurts like a b-word. I am scared to express just how much I love her because I don't want to freak her out. I think the feeling is mutual because she has been treating me in a "special" way and we allude to our feelings for each other, emotional and sexual. She is also prone to jealousy when I absentmindedly mention a girl friend of mine.

Anyway, my concern is... do I just keep quiet and wait for her to come back to her senses, until she finally decides to tell me what I've done to upset her? I try to reach out to her indirectly. On the other hand, I try very hard (with some success) to comfort myself and I will feel better temporarily, but the pain returns inevitably.
