We're having lots of construction noise in my apartment building, and I've asked the owners (via the rental office) for rent compensation. They offered me a sum that was quite low IMO, so I countered with another one a little bit higher. Will they say yes to what I've asked them for? I will find out tomorrow, or maybe Monday. Or, if the chart says no, I may retract the offer and just accept their initial offer and let it all go.
The moon is void in Pisces, although technically speaking Lilly says the moon is not void in pisces, but its still too far away from any planet to do anything. There is a late degree rising. The owners and their money is both ruled by Saturn. (we always use the 7th for a negotiation). There is no aspect between moon and Saturn, although the Sun, which rules my 2nd, is about to inconjunct it in 4 degrees, which is monday. An adjustment of some sort. The Sun and Saturn both love Venus, which rules money in a general sense. The Sun is stronger than Saturn, however. It could mean he will counternegotiate for something else again.
Venus is about to oppose Saturn, and Venus rules the 4th. Maybe that means the end of the matter opposes them.
Saturn is also retrograde...meaning they may change their offer and give me what I've asked for.
Any ideas?
