In general: NN conjuncts DSC

This is just in general, not a specific chart

If someone's NN conjuncts someone's DSC it means they have to pull towards that person (how) in what manner???

Also that same person's SN would be conjunct the persons SN, so then the SN person would need to pull away??

How do you combine these two conflicting statements?
