Yes or No? Please guide me

Hi there,

I need some help for this question. The question is "Should I contact him first?" , she asks me if it's a good idea to contact him during this week.

He is the 7th house person, already broke up with not good feeling, but she still wish to remain friend and wish he would recieve her well.

But I think it's not good idea for her by these reasons:

1) Although Venus is in own extal and tripicity of Mar but Mar, Murcury and Jupiter are in Venus detriment - So his feeling wouldn't receive her well.

2) Moon is in the detriment of Mar - She will feel unhappy with him.

3) Moon in 12nd house, opposit to Venusr, Uranus, and Mercury RX, and Moon will conjunct Satrun Rx in the 12nd house - difficult aspect again, but can we still expect some good thing from Uranus?

4) Saturn rule the 4th house-the end of matter, opposite Jupiter, Mercury and Mar and place in the 12nd house - Great melfic and show the ending with suffering, and I guess toward her as Saturn will be conjuct Moon - her co-sig.

Does this mean it would be cause of only her paintful from the contact? or both of them? as I see his significant is in his 12nd house, pls give me some advise, I can't understand how to interprete it in more detail, all I know is mostly "NO" for the answer, pls help. Thank you.

Is this her horary chart or did she ask the question of you and then you drew up a horary chart? If so, she would be represent by the 11th house if she is a friend or acquaintance, which is ruled by Sun and his ruler would be Saturn in ancient astrology. Her ruler would then be in her turned 8th house showing her worry about him/contacting him, and soon to move into his turned 3rd house, showing her contacting him I would think. If it's her chart and you are just reading it, it seems to me that Moon in the 12th house shows something hidden going on behind the scenes and soon to conjunct Saturn, not a good outcome.

One other thing, Anyway you look at the chart there doesn't appear to be a good outcome given the aspects and placement of most of the planets regardless of the rulers. All of the significators are in weak houses. If she does contact him I doubt she will be happy with his response, although I so believe she will do it.

I just help her to read it, she is the 1st house. You said something going behind the scence, what would happen if Moon conjunct Saturn in this possition, does this could mean something sorrow? or there is another meaning such as hidden affair or enemy? and what is the time-frame of the chart? pls advise, thnaks

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

You demand a direct, simple yes or no here?
OK:
-the answer is yes you should
-you have asked an advice horary (not a what will happen horary) and so you want indications from the Cosmos of what you should do:
-3rd house = YOUR communications
-Sagittarius, ruled by the benefic Jupiter, is on the 3rd house
-and the Lucky Strike North Node posits the 3rd house
-Jupiter, ruler of the 3rd house,is posited in the House of the Other, and is not combust the Sun (by the 5 degree orb I follow for Jupiter combustion)
-Mars-significator of the Other-flows toward Jupiter and is in its domicile of Aries

On the Cosmic advice part, the answer is clearly yes you should
...but please note: this chart answers what you should do, but not what is going to eventually happen!

If we focus only the YES-NO answer, The magic 8 ball is also say 'YES' as Jupiter rule her 3rd house and no melfic star or south node there.

And if we look at the 1st house, SHE is Venus = YES by magic 8 ball....it's too easy again..!!!!...LOL

Or the replying she got is "his free-will", according to dr.farr advice, in this chart is the Cosmic advice part, not the advice part...!!!!

So weird, this is the first time I see this kind of chart !!!!!

Hi there - I haven't looked at the chart yet but, just quickly, I would advise in this way:
- look for Reception between 1 ruler/&Moon and 7 ruler and also between 3 ruler and 7 ruler. If there is mutual reception or any kind of reception between any or all of these pairs of planets then it is a "yes", go ahead and make contact.
However, if 3 ruler is in the 6th, 8th or 12th House, it will probably not be received well.
If there is no reception between 1 and 7 rulers, Moon and 7 ruler, 3 & 7 rulers, then the answer would be "no" she should not go ahead.
The antiscia of Moon 1, 7 and 3 rulers could also reveal whether or not to go ahead if they are conjunct (within 3-4 degrees) or placed in favourable houses.
