No such thing as Fortuna square Jupiter. Chart Points cannot form aspects, because they don't exist. They're just empty points in space and they don't give off any light or emanate any rays.
Jupiter can square a Chart Point, like Fortuna. Has to be an applying aspect (and of course I'm assuming you know that "out-of-Sign" aspects don't count).
Venus and Jupiter don't actually impeded the Lot of Fortune, rather they diminish it. If Jupiter or Venus were in hard aspect to the Lot of Fortune, then instead of winning the lottery, you win a raffle prize of $50. Since you claim both Venus and Jupiter are in hard aspect, then instead of winning the lottery, you'd win a life-time supply of used condoms or something like that.
It's not that you don't have any luck, it's just that it doesn't benefit you. For example you might get promoted, but your new position might actually pay less, or you still have to work over-time, but because you got promoted into a supervisory position, you don't get paid over-time because you're on salary, little things like that.
The Lot of Substance is what actually determines your wealth (as do the significators of wealth in your chart).
