Novice Mistake...

So I made a mistake and forgot to post some commentary to go with the charts I posted, and promptly got moved (or exiled) into the "Read My Chart" Category, which doesn't garner many responses for a thread.

Thus, I'm reposting here with commentary. [Mods, feel free to delete the thread in the "Read My Chart" category if it's deemed redundant]

For the record, we're both men; this is a gay relationship.

My boyfriend and I are now planning on moving in together early this summer, and I want to get some feedback from the esteemed members of this forum

Our Moons fall in the other person's 4th house, and our Composite Moon is in the 4th house, so we feel very "homestead" oriented. Almost since our first date, I've felt a desire to set up home with him, and he's confirmed the same feeling.

I'm a bit concerned about the Pluto squares, specifically, my Pluto square his Sun and his Pluto square my Venus. We haven't had power struggles, but we do put a lot of effort into maintaining a power balance. In the composite, our Pluto squares Venus and Mercury, but only with broad orbs of 6*.

His Chiron in 13Pisces completes a watery grand trine with my Mars in 12Cancer and his Neptune conjunct my Pluto in 12/13Scorpio. I don't understand the full meaning of this yet, but I do sense the healing aspect of Chiron. I think I've been healing him as he's been healing me. This grand trine is helping my Mars be able to better assert itself in a sensitive, spiritual, and healing manner.

Actually, it's not a grand trine, it's a kite, because of my Neptune and Saturn at 12/13 Capricorn.

I'm also a bit concerned about the lack of Saturn aspects. My Saturn doesn't aspect his personal planets, and his Saturn doesn't aspect my planets at all (except a semi-square Uranus). Also, our composite Saturn only aspects Uranus (by square). How does a couple maintain a relationship for the long haul in the absence of Saturn energy?

His Mercury conjunct my SN, and his NN conjunct my MC, both give a strong karmic bond. Also, our composite Chiron is conjunct our composite NN (which probably has something to do with the healing I mentioned above).

Finally, if someone on here just really wants to answer a lot of questions do generational planets (and aspects with those planets) affect a person more strongly in an intergenerational relationship? My theory about this was based on the fact that, while I'm pretty used to generational planet placements close to my own, I'm less used to those found in the charts of the previous or succedent generation, and thus the aspects they create and the houses they fall in would be novel. Just a theory, I dunno.

The charts attached are in order: My Natal Chart, His Natal Chart, our Synastry Chart (me on the inside), our Composite Chart, and finally, our Davison Chart.

Re: Novice Mistake...

Wow, lots of questions here, but let me try to give you a bit of feedback. As far as Saturn in concerned, I think the "Saturn role" in the relationship falls to you.

Your partner has his Saturn sextile his Jupiter, a nice easy aspect. However, you have Saturn conjuct Neptune and opposite Mars (on the 4th house angle), and Pluto conjunct the Moon in the first trine Saturn. Lots of aspects here! That's why I think you take on that role.

Pluto is also quite strong in your chart, so I think there are no power struggles because your partner allows you to give direction to the relationship (for good or bad, LOL!). If you are in a thriving relationship with all that Pluto energy going on, then you are both very wise and mature, and I salute you.

As far as generational planets go, I don't really see a big impact on intergenerational relationships as such, but more in how those planets aspect the natal charts of the individuals and each other's charts. Hope this helps.

That makes sense Combining all my Saturn aspects with the fact that both of our Suns and a couple other planets for both of us are in fixed signs, and hopefully we can make this a long-term, healthy relationship

As you can see from my birth chart, the Pluto/Scorpio/8th house theme runs strongly through my life. I've grown to be comfortable with the energy. I think he's still a little taken aback by how powerfully intense the Pluto energy is in our relationship, but for me, I'm old hat

Re: Novice Mistake...

You're welcome! I'm gay too, so I was especially drawn to answer your post. I also have an 8th House stellium in Taurus (Sun, Mercury, Venus, South Node), so I understand about the intensity! I usually supress it because I don't want it to get out of control. Also have Venus square Pluto in Leo. I can really relate!

Re: Novice Mistake...

I suppose I'm okay with the 8th house stellium primarily because of my Moon/Pluto conjunct in Scorpio in 1st house. Thus, I've had to deal with Plutonic themes my whole life on an everyday sort of basis.
