North Node Conjunct South Node
Could someone please help me understand what this means for me? I am unable to locate any relevant info online regarding. I was advised that this is a "big deal" for me and I want to make the best of.

north node transit or progressed conj south node natal? Or south node trans or progressed conj natal north? Because n node natal CANNOT be conj s node natal. They are ALWAYS in opposition. That may be why your having trouble looking it up.

(Following is not necessarily accepted as valid in contemporary Western astrology)

North Node transiting the South Node means a (temporary) negation (neutralization) of all nodal effects/influences during the time period of the transit (and covering an arc of 3 degrees-the degree before, the degree of and the degree after the transiting conjunction)
Source of this statement = Jaimini (a branch of Vedic) astrological doctrine (and they pay a lot of attention to the nodes, which they regard as "shadow planets" called Rahu and Ketu)
I (believe) I have seen this "suspending/neutralizing" effect in several cases of the nodes transiting (by conjunction) each other.

Hi!

Thanks for your reply... I'm still trying to figure out what the natal nodes actually mean in my chart... So once I get that figured... hopefully this transit will still be in effect so that i know what is neutralized.

One of the very best available books on the subject is Judith Hills' "Lunar Nodes: Your Key to Excellent Chart Interpretation"-I highly recommend it for your studies.

Probably has something to do with a certain change of phase in your life. The nodes take about 10 years or so to travel half way through the zodiac wheel to come to such an aspect to your natal nodes. Do a transit chart back to when this aspect occurred last time and try to recall what happened in your life at that time.

when when my transiting nn conjunct my sn within 1* I have birth to a lovely baby girl
