What are the houses of new career and career change? and what planets should be notice to predict new career?

10th house is career, look what planets are in it and then also look what sign is on the cusp, then take the ruler of that sign, find it in the chart and look what sign and house it is in and what aspects it makes to what and where

Natal Position:

Nranus and Nephtune is in 10th house, 10th house is in capricorn and sagittarius is cusp. Nephtune is in capricorn and Uranus is in Sagittatius.

Ruler of 10 cusp i.e Jupiter is in 1st house Pises cusp 19 Pis 57`25" .

Transit Position:
Currently there is only pluto and north node is in 10th house (pluto is at 7capricorn 28` and north node 27 sagittarius 21`), and Transit jupiter is in 1st house aries 25pises56` .

I have read somewhere that 2nd, 6th and 10th houses must activated for a career change, means if there is no transit planet in these houses mean there will be no new job/career/new career ?
