I'm sorry if I was a bit hasty in presuming that you already knew what 'Pluto going direct' meant. When I referred to Pluto going direct, I mean that for the past 5 months or so, Pluto has been in retrograde motion. This is when a planet appears to go backwards in it's course from the perspective of Earth. On the 2nd Sept., Pluto ceased to go retrograde, and turned back to go direct again. Correspondingly this creates a surge of energy upon Earth as Pluto changes directions. Pluto will be direct in motion until I think sometime in March, when it will stop and go retro again. As you have Pluto emphasised in your natal chart by conjunction with the MC, then you should feel Pluto's influence keenly. I also have an outer planet right upon the MC, mine is Neptune.
Pluto turned direct on the 22nd degree of Sagittarius. You have this part of Sagittarius in the 11th house. So at the moment Pluto is transitting this house in your chart. The 11th is the house of friends, aquaintances, clubs, communities and all kinds of social groups. Pluto going direct in this house would have caused some shake ups among the teams, groups or communities you belong to. It is no suprise to me that you mention

This probably has something to do with the fact that the only planet in your chart making a major aspect to transitting Pluto is Venus (hidden=Pluto, sexual desires=Venus), Pluto's going direct will have had a significant impact upon your Venus in the 1st, so perhaps the way you are preening yourself or making yourself appear with regards to being attractive is being stimulated now. Your sexual identity is very much on the agenda, not just because of your age, but because also you have Venus (sex) in the 1st (self/identity), in square to transitting Pluto, and Pluto is transitting your 11th, showing how the groups with which you identify and the crowds to which you belong are being affected from your perspective.
Considering that Pluto went direct on the day your friend got arrested, it might be worth seeing where Pluto was transitting his chart that day. (Pluto is crime in some respects) Pluto went direct at Sag. 22. So look for other planets on or around 22 degrees and look for aspects, also what house is Pluto in in the friends chart?
If you are familiar with the 'Astrodienst' site, you can do what is called a 'synastry' chart. This is where two charts are looked at both at the same time, with one wheel on the inside and other one on the outside. By laying two charts next to each other this way, its easy to see conjunctions, aspects and transits between the two charts. For example, if you get your own chart and compare it to a chart for now, you will see that transitting Pluto is in your natal 11th and square Venus in your 1st. You could do the same for your friend and the day he got arrested, have a look where transitting Pluto is in his chart, what aspects does it make to his natal planets? It might be interesting to do a synastry between you and your friend, to see what the astrology is between you both.
If it's predictive astrology in accordance with the natal chart you are looking for, go on 'astrodienst' and have your DOB, which is probably already stored, compared with chart for the current date and time, by using a 'synastry' on the drop down list. You will see what transitting planets are coming into or passing aspects with your natal planets.
