will my troublesome neighbours move away soon?

Im having problems with noisy and abusive neighbours and after many calls to the police and environmental health am wondering whether they will move out soon as their landlord has asked then to be quieter which they are not adhering to.

my question is 'will my neighbours move out soon'?

My mercury is hidden away in 12th And I am nervous and frightened of them, so am literally hiding when they are rowdy and drunk.

The 3rd house of neighbours are ruled by the moon in debilitated 6th house and also in detriment there....which looks promising, but its in fixed sign!!

No separation between moon/mercury.

The 4th house of their home is ruled by venus in 10th, again fixed sign....bad! but there is a seperation between me and their house...if that makes sense in 4 weeks or 4 months....hopefully!

can anyone give me more of a definitive answer please? Im losing all hope on what to do about them.

Your neighbors are the Moon, in a fixed sign Scorpio (I think they will not move, and that also mean they are not very good persons because the moon is weakened in Scorpio.) in the 6th (because they have an stablished job near, or something like that)
The moon is not making any aspects to the planets... So I think they will remain there more time.
