Need help with Relationship prediction

I charted out the Midpoint btw Sun-Moon & according to me is 12 degree Leo. I don't really understand how the Transits work so need some help with that.
Can see Neptune coming into square soon with Venus but don't know how that works into the big picture. Need some help with the prediction of marriage/significant relationship coming in (Approx time)? There's no sight of anyone but a psychic said "in some weeks". Can anyone connect the info?

I just know that my Ruler of 7th is in 3rd (Venus) & Ruler of 5th is in 4th.
