i have drawn up achart on moving house and got a voc,i left it for three month and redid my chert and got 7th house ruler malefic.it seems everytime i do my chart it just isnt the right time , my house has been on the market for several months and i have reduced it several times according to the present housing market but i am not getting any results ........help

i am asc scorpio ruler mars,mars is 7 deg lib 9th house
7th is taur ruler ven,venis 4 deg lib in 9th house
4th house question when will my house sell.4th pisc ruler jup in aries in 4th retro
mars ,venus and saturn within a few degrees of conjunct ,mars is to fast and passes venus befor a conjunct is made jupiter oppos all three.

Why would any of those things make the chart unreadable? If the first chart had a VoC moon, it would probably have indicated that nothing was going to come of your desire to move house.
Given the date of the original horary question, and the fact that no action has yet occured, I believe re-asking this same question anew is in order and would be legitimate (original question was asked 7 months ago-a pretty long time in horary-and nothing has happened)
as i said in my original post ive redone my chart and still get a negative answer ,i know if it isnt happening it just isnt happening,i have left three month interval befor redoing my chart, and im at that desperate state and just wondered if im reading the chart/s wrong
