Pluto quintile Ascendant - hidden charm or charisma?

I have read that quintile and bi-quintile aspects can mean hidden talents in a person. When I think of charisma, I think of Plutonian energy.

I have Pluto quintile Ascendant. I wasn't really sure what quintiles were for until I recently read about it a few weeks ago. Putting two on two together, the Pluto energy helps my Ascendant project a "charismatic" aura.

I never actually thought of myself as charming or charismatic, until my particular friend pointed out a number of occasions in which I have exhibited such traits.

Last December, I approached a couple of my friends (in different occasions). Both of them I jokingly said that they should buy me a Christmas gift and I told them specific things that I wanted. And voila! They actually bought me the gifts and I didn't give them anything in return. :X

Another couple of occasions, I asked a different couple of my friends to photocopy things for me. And voila! They did, and didn't ask me to pay them for the photocopies.

Another occasion, was when I first met this girl. She told me she liked to sing, but in private. And I asked her if she could sing for me. She said she was shy and declined at first. Then I said, "Please." And voila! She did it.

Now, I don't know if these traits are indeed charistmatic or just manipulative or I just have friends who are pushovers... so thoughts anyone? Am I really charismatic?

I did a quick glance...you have much more than that. You've three of the five points of a Pentagram matrix in your chart Asc./Jupiter/Pluto....very auspicious.
You have a genius for applying Philosophy/Religion/Brotherhood in a Trans-formative way through your personality and expressing your self.
Look for the times when the vacant two spots in the Pentagram are filled by transits or progressions...then you'll be a 'Shining Star' esp if Jupiter is conj. one of those degrees.
Those inconjuncts between Jupiter & Moon and Mars & Uranus have to dealt with though....learn how to mitigate or control those forces.

I'd use the Asc. as the base thus you'd get 25-26* Capricorn and 7-8* Aries...2 or 3 degree of allowance.
You'll have Uranus there quite a bit starting next year, 2012, in May...this should be quite a time for you...add to the recipe above 'Awakening' people to higher realms of thought concerning Brotherhood/Philosophy/Religion in a Transformative way...check for times when other Planet5s or the Luminaries will be conj. Capricorn 25-26*...and....BINGO!

That is some news! I am very fond of Philosophy. Maybe it is time for me to focus on Religiong and Brotherhood, haha. I am looking forward to this. Thanks again, piercethevale!

May I suggest you read the 'welcome to the world of astrology’ and other ---sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc. At the top of every forum there are lots of ‘stickys’ which explain matters in that forum, along with guidelines & tips
