I've got Pluto about to square my natal 8th house Sun from the 5th house and also conjoin my 5th house Jupiter, ruler of my 8th house.

Am I likely to die? lol

Is there some reason why you are ignoring the Signs? The Signs are part of Astrology too. Pisces and Sagittarius are not Violent Signs. Pisces isn't a Human Sign, but the first 10° of Sagittarius is. That doesn't really matter since Pluto has nothing to do with death, although sometimes when there are mass deaths Pluto is in there somewhere. Are you planning on getting burned up in a fire at a nightclub with dozens of other party-goers or something?

Make sure you're using the correct orbs. The orbs for transits are 30' of arc, not 3° of arc.

Oh yeah, my Sun is in Aries in the 8th and also the ruler of my Leo ascendant.
So Pluto's going to be squaring that and then conjoining my Jupiter in Cap in the 5th, ruler of my Pisces 8th.

btw, I thought a transit to natal Pluto is generational e.g. mass deaths, but a Pluto transit to a personal planet like the Sun gives a personal effect?

I've found the effects of transits are noticeable within about 3°, with events triggered by fast moving planets like the moon moving to the same position.
