Hi,

I am writing from Bangalore, INDIA. My husband is right now in Dubai, trying to settle down in his career. He could not get through the main entrance tests for all doctors that gives a license to work there. He has just one more chance through another exam called the DOH. This is a make or break situation. The DOH is scheduled for 7th Nov, 2006. My question "Will he be able to get through this exam and settle down in Dubai?". I am right now in Bangalore, India. The approrpiate time for the occurance of this question to me was 04:30 AM on 20th Oct, 2006 India Standard Time. I know absolutely nothing about Astrology. Can you please help ?

I have received an email. It is in response to it.If the time of birth is uncertain please do not use it. It can unnecessarily cause a difficult mental state. It would be much better to have recourse to horary as you have done. It is as reliable as the natal analysis. I have answered to the best of my ability and I am confident that God willing, matters would turn out to your satisfaction.
