when will I get paid?

Ive been waiting quite a while to be paid by the child support agency who take money from my ex partners wages and then pay me. My question is "when will I get paid"

My ruler venus is in the 8th house of worry and not very well received, just moved into capricorn from the fixed sign of aquarius. Things will get moving?
Pars fortune is very well received in the 1st house in gemini.

The ruler of wokers for the government (CSA) is 11th house ruled by saturn...slow slow slow and in aquarius (Fixed) problems!!!

saturn is in 6th house...weak and retrograde but exalted in libra.

My bank account is mercury in the 11th...mundane ruler saturn (not good) and not making any relevant aspects. My venus isin't either.

My gut instinct is that Im not going to get paid. Am I Right....please help further to clarify the outcome.

Well, I'll state this (based on my alternative horary methods which is not in accordance with standard horary delineation):

+IF your ex IS working, then you should get payment within 103 days (why? I take-using whole sign houses-your money as 2nd chart house = Mercury significator, and the government/authority's significator as the 10th chart house = Saturn significator; distance between the rxSaturn and Mercury is 103 degrees which, @ 1 degree = 1 day = 103 days)

+IF your ex is NOT working then no you will not be paid.
Why?
-you = asc sign = Venus significator
-your money = 2nd house = Mercury significator
-government's actions = 10th house = Saturn significator
-Venus, Mercury (and also your co-significator Moon) all flow away from Saturn, which, being retrograde, also flows away from them! = very - testimony
-no (hermetic) aspects between Saturn and Mercury, Saturn and Venus and Saturn and Moon = - testimony
-Saturn, representing government action in this matter (child support) is retrograde which indicates snafu's and snarls and confusion on the child-support people's part relative to your case
-Part of Fortune at the beginning of your 2nd (whole sign) house of money, plus Moon sextile Venus, are bright spots; Venus moves to conjunction with the Lucky Strike North Node; so something LUCKY could happen in the very near future regarding this matter...
but unless the "lucky strike" happens soon, IF your ex is NOT working then I would say no, you will not get paid (over the next few months)
