Is this guy some kind of nut?

Hi guys,

For the past week, this guy who lives in my area, has been hitting on me. I always see him walking his dog, and he smiles at me, etc...yesterday he approached me while I was on my way to the supermarket, and told me that he wanted to take care of me! That he's the kind of man I need.. He just kept talking about "taking care of me". Is this man mentally ill?..lol So the question is: is this guy foreal?

Wait, wait... I'm assuming you don't know him, so I'm thinking this guy just walked up to you one day after a few good days of seeing you casually, and expressed how he's been observing you and that you seem like the type of fish that needs some TLC? Creep alert. You are not going to give him a chance, are you?... He just sounds like he has ulterior motives and all. Taking care of you? LOL.

Keep him at a distance.
