Also if you judge him as a friend, it's 11th house.

11th house is in Scorpio, thats Mars.

Mars in in debility fall and under the Sun ray's making it even more weaker.

They live together but there is a twist. Supposevely, they dont even sleep in the same room for quite sometime. They did break up a few months ago then decided to get back together but from what I heard he is frustirated cause he said that it is not working out to my close friend.

OK.

He is a potential business partner. This is a 7th house issue.
She is a commited love partner. This is a urned 7th house issue amd takes us to the radix 1st.

He is signified by the Moon in Scoprio in the radix 10th (his turned 4th). She is signified by Saturn in Leo in the the radix 8nd (his turned 2nd). It's interesting to see both significators in such detriment. Obviously, they're not very happy.

We usually look for an applying aspect for a yes answer in horary. But this particular horary is phrased in the past tense; we should look for a separating aspect. Voila, the Moon is separating from a square with Saturn. They are less than one degree apart. I would say that they have in fact broken up in the very recent past. The stresseful aspect and the detriment of the significators shows that they are still in that phase where they are very upset about the break-up, still wondering if they have made the right move breaking up (or even regreting doing so) and possibly still having feelings for one another (or at least wondering what they will do without one another).

The final lunar aspect in this chart is a sextile with Venus. I this indicates a smooth end to the story, but doesn't necessarily mean finding love again. Venus may be the natural significator of love and partnerships, but it is in detriment showing miserable love.

So, yeah, they've broken up not too long before before your question.

it is not that he is longing for her cause he has been complaining but the fact that relationship is not working out. From what i know, he is a very old traditional guy.. DUNNO... He wants one thing, she wants totally something else. any kind of break up is hard. They tried, they really tried making it work.

The crisis is all this is stalling me with my stuff. So, we will see.

Whether they really did or didn't break-up, here's what's wrong with your approach.

You don't get the answer to an horary by judging the strengths or weaknesses of the significators involved. There's a set of things that you must find for yes answer. The lack thereof means no. There are many things to look for that I dont understand yet (like antiscia), but the most common are application between significators or translation or collection of light through a third planet.

I was going to write some articles as a part of a horary-lesson program on the forum, but I never got around to it. Maybe I should start now. I'll let you know when I have something ready for publishing.
