I became interested in astrology a few years ago as a result of wanting to get to know myself a little bit more. I was having some personal and professional concerns and was just looking for answers, suggestions, ideas or any type of insight or wisdom. I'm now on a quest to dig a bit deeper! I look forward to being a part of the community and can't wait to learn more. Hopefully I can also offer help in return even though I'm a beginner.

You have ruler of the 2nd house (of financial affairs) being the Sun in the 5th of Libra. In Libra, it's lacking natural dignity, it's also conjunct Uranus adding unpredictability and rises and falls, further accentuated by the Jupiter square, but the Uranus conjunction adds an individualist path through life, independant, so maybe you'll earn and spend your money in your way, in your own time, and exactly as you please...

Venus conjunct the 10th (career) ruler in the 6th house of day-to-day work...an ability to be charming and very smooth with fellow colleagues but the Neptune influence can mean they may not always be who them seem to be; in part because of a slight idealistic/romantic attitude - well hidden by that Saturn conjunct the Ascendant (Margret Thatcher position), Saturn bottling up all that Cancer Ascendant energy...

That's just a dabble at the 2nd/6th/10th houses (finances/work/career) and I'm not sure about the greatest majority of wealth being earned by the self, especially with that Jupiter in the 8th which could inherit nicely. The Venus sextile to this Jupiter adds to the financial power in inheritance; but that Juptier square is a warning not to blow the money...

There are many many better astrologers on here for that kind of thing, but my two cents none the less...

So, you used to be a Libran huh?? hehe, I've come to appreciate the weight of that in many respects, but having lived so many years in Scorpio, I suppose there has been much integration of that influence on your rather people-pleasing nature, especially now that Apollo is paying Homage to Kronos, that remains to be seen.

Yes, I have just begun to realize that 12th house gemini moon positioning. If I'm not mistaken the moon would also be my chart ruler? So it would have a profound influence on me. That certainly explains a lot of things.

When you say that I'll "awaken to care firmly". What do you mean? If you mean awakening spiritually then I'm finally on my way. I think it's here that I'll learn to integrate the heart and mind as you suggest. We'll see. It has been a dominant force, now for some time, to research this area and practice. It feels wonderful when I'm practicing regularly and I get out of balance when I stray.

One reason I recently joined is that I seem to make the same mistake over and over in my intimate relationships. The positioning of Venus and that it's close to Neptune seems to echo what you have mentioned as well. It's been a theme in my life that has been a big struggle.

See, you have Saturn in your first house in Cancer, you'll see by the end of your moon cycle now that you are becoming more spiritually aware what it means when Moon enters into the 1st house from the 12th again at your next Lunar-Return. Thanks very much Sebastien. What you say seems to be holding true as I'm going through change at the moment and that Moon moving into Scorpio is illuminating a lot.

For example, I recently have noticed patterns that I tend to repeat that I hadn't noticed ever before. With the help of my natal chart and the reading I was able to recognize these cycles for the first time ever. I am now trying to use this new knowledge to learn about myself more and go deeper.

I am very much a novice and don't really know much yet, but have found a lot of what astrology indicates about me to be truth. I'm really intrigued and can't wait to learn more. As of right now I'm just perusing the board and checking out some recommended sites. I really would like to connect with a master astrologer at some point.

Sebastien, going back to your first post... Any idea what this may be?

Also, you mentioned earlier in that post if I've ever tried meditation. I certainly have and my life was so much better when I was meditating daily. I'm heading back in that direction.
