Part of spirit conjunct NN.

Does the part of spirit conjunct the NN mean anything at all? Cant find so much about this part of spirit unfortunately.

Im born in the evening, and the part of spirit should be 12-13 degrees Taurus. NN is 9 degrees Taurus.
