Good or bad synastry here?

Hi,

Could some peeps please look at this synastry chart. The guy and I seem to have feelings for each other although these are so far unspoken. We are having a hard time integrating many different things in our lives in order to even talk about how we feel, let alone have a relationship. It is very magnetic and I don't know what to do about it.



Plus points as far as I can see are:-

My Sun conj his N. Node (marriage, support, future relationship)
His Sun in my H5 (flirtation, dating, boyfriend)
His Venus in my H7 (loving relationship, perhaps marriage)
My Mars conj his chiron (fertility, healing, support)
My Sun/Nep trine his Moon/Mars (easygoing, supportive, friendly)
His Sun opposite my Sun/Moon (benevolence, deep feeling)
My Merc opposite his Sun/Moon (associates, meeting of minds)
My Sun/Moon opposite his Venus/Mars (sexual vs conjugal)
My Jupiter in his h7 (good marriage, benevolence, friendship circle)
My Sun, Moon & N. Node in his h5 (flirtation, dating, girlfriend)
N. nodes in same sign (compatibility, same direction)
His Merc conjunct my S. Node (begins as associative, colleagues)
His Sun in same sign as my S. Node (friendship, conjugal)


Negative aspects seem to be:-

Mars/Chiron opposite Uranus/Uranus (stop/start progress)
His Venus square my Mars (out of synch, sexual tension)
My Pluto opposite his Moon/Mars (obsession, magnetism, sexual tension)
My Venus opposite his Saturn (yuck!) (love vs obligation)
His Saturn in my h7 (delayed marriage, obligation vs committment)

I am really feeling some of those negative aspects right now! Phew! It feels like this will never get off the ground (due to his professional obligations). He says he doesn't like getting involved with co-workers (don't mix business with pleasure) which is his Saturn and Mercury talking I think. I guess it's magnified by his Merc being in my h6, and vice versa. We talk about work a lot (email mostly at the moment).

The stop/start thing is really annoying as I just feel like we've had a breakthrough, and then am pulled back somehow. This is all hard to bear when you've got the pluto/moon magnetism and obsession thing going on. Can Pluto signify staring or looking at someone? I think I read somewhere that it can. I have to snap myself out of doing it!

I think the N. node aspects are good, however. It feels like I'm supposed to teach him that we are supposed to be in a romantic relationship, whereas we've started off as colleagues and have a good working relationship.

So do you think we'll end up together or stay as colleagues?
