will I acquire property?

I have a chart for question of whether i will be able to purchase a property i've found as my new home. Here is time and place:
September 14, 2006
10:13pm
Clearwater, Fl.

My question, i suppose is pretty straight forward and as i am new to horary, i was hoping some of you might review the info. and tell me if indications for said inquiry are positive or negative. If it helps, this property is in a town where i used to live and will be returning to very soon.

I just figured it out, i think. So now there is a thumbnail for horary chart which i used to determine whether or not i will buy house.

I thought this was interesting to look back at now that i did not, infact acquire the property as someone else had a bid in that was accepted. With saturn in the fourth house and pluto on the descendant, in square to lots of fifth house.
I am free-sailing now as the loss of this property has given me flexibility that i would'nt have had otherwise. And that, as it turns out is a good thing.
