New Member. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.

My basic aspects:

Asc - Sag (with Saturn Conj)
Sun - Cancer
Moon - Pisces
Merc - Leo
Venus - Leo
Mars - Cap
N. Node - Aries

My chart compromises of mostly Fire/Water. I am uncertain if this duality is a good or bad thing but I work with it. I have a few Earth placements as my saving grace, I think. Definitely need some grounding here. Aside from this, I have no Air in my chart, with the except of one or two asteroids that have no significant aspects.

I like astrology but I feel that I should 'make my own fate' instead of relying on it. That begs the questions of "what am I doing here, then?" Well, it's fun to learn, isn't it? Get new perspectives, or maybe an explanation of why something may have gone wrong. I also happen to be a walking contradiction.

Anyway, I've been to a few other astrology forums and they eventually died so I'm hoping this will be more active and less of [insert sign] vs [insert sign] or people glorifying their own signs type of area. A little Virgo humility goes a long way, I think. Looking forward to posting and making friends, if you'd welcome me.

Thanks for the welcome. I know a bit about a few aspects, houses and placements though transits are a bit beyond me at the moment so it's good to hear there are experts here. I'm also hoping to look for advice about random things, maybe some synergy though not necessarily about relationships (not yet anyway). I seem to draw a lot of Aries, and especially Aquarius to me - just wondering why that would be. Especially with the huge air void in my chart.

I suspect it's because I lack air though that aquas tend to go my way...

Interestingly the first person to greet me is a Libra. Never met a Libra I didn't like. Even the one who stood me up! Must be the Venusian charm.

I think our Venusian charm is a gift from the cosmos to make up for the fact that we can be maddening when it comes to making snap decisions. Note: Don't take a Libra to a Baskin-Robbins a few minutes before closing. And by the by, I think Cancers rock, too. And shame on the Libra that stood you up.

Oh it is! There is no one that can withstand it. That and Libras (and Libra rising!) are very beautiful people (inside and out, to me).

Actually I don't mind indecisiveness, and if for any reason I'm in a store after is closes, I either make sure it's worth their trouble (aka a big sale) or tip well. I kinda like that quirk about Libras, and I used to help my coworker pick out clothes. I find it's best not to pick for them but give your logic on what you'd pick as individual and they usually go from there if they agree or disagree.

And don't worry about that Libra - I was bummed for a while but got over it. He had better things to do apparently.

Glad to hear you moved on. [e-Hug] And I think it was kind of you to help one of my cosmic cousins with his/her clothes. Surprisingly, deciding what to wear isn't an issue for me. But little things (e.g., Baskin & Robbins) can be. I'm a work in progress.
