Which planet is dominant?

Hello everybody, who can hear me what i'm asking for.
I dont know really if someone does reading like me, but i hope so.
Lets look close to the chart.
Visually it seems that half of chart is without planets. So its called Bow. So according to this the main planet is Pluto in Scorpio in 6 house.
Lets go on. As we see the only planet in fire sign is Uranus in Sagittarius and 6th house. So because this planet is singletone it tunnels all energy. So now we have two planets which are important to us.
And finally in 9th house we have Sun in Aquarius which is the only planet in Air sign - again singletone.

Here we get to the point what i'm asking for. The question is - which planet is dominant?

I would say Pluto first because it's the final dispositor in the chart being in scorpio. Sun and Uranus as singletons would come second.
