Will I find new friend (or old, I know)?

Hello to all,

I am in terrible situation because of the chronic pains, almost all my life.

Now, I came totally down, I have stayed without all:

1. Since May 2001 don't work (speak fluent German, French, my two languages and a bit Spanish,and was in tourism over 23 years)
2. Have debts, about 10.000 euros.
3. Have no friend since long time because of steady pains (three Neuralgias)
4. Must pay my apartment, 6.800 euros or to leave.
5. Have no money for therapy (Alternative medicine)
6. Want to move to England
7. Was happy only in abroad, from 1969 tll 1976 (Germany and Montreal)
8. Live from Welfare, since May 2002, 200 euros per month.
7. Now is time to find solution or to die.

I must say, my love happened (three) in abroad, Germany and Montreal (from 1969 till 1976).
Here, I had friend from 1981 till 1989. Again from Germany.

I was born April 27th, 1946 at 4:50 p.m. in Karlovac, Croatian.
Location for this question iis Kranj, Slovenia, Sept. 5th, 2006 at 10:13 a.m.

Will I find new friend (or old, I know)?

I looked at both dates and here's what i came up with:
First, the horary chart. You asked if you would meet a new/old friend. Your significator is venus because libra rules 1st house. The other you seek sits in 7th house ruled by mars(aries). You could also put "friend in 11th house i suppose, and it's interesting to find that there are several planets in the 11th house of this chart, alot of activity around social involvements. Saturn has just moved out of opposition with uranus in tenth house so changes which have been limiting career wise are passing or have passed. Yeah! Venus(you) just moved passed 30degree aspect with mars(friend) and is approaching conj. in 11th house. So maybe you have just met or had some contact with friend, or maybe you are being drawn in that direction. This is what your intuition seems to be saying. Sun and mercury also sit in 11th house indicating once again your desire to move into a more social setting.
My judgement would be you just met or are moving to meet said friend and this meeting will take place through a social organization. This may take some time as moon will next aspect jupiter from a fixed sign position.
Wit pluto(power) in the 2nd house of horary, i would wonder if you have siblings and what effect they may have on said question. Also, there are no 8th or 12th house placements so i don't see death involved. Friend(mars) is moving into 6th house of service so may provide some service for you.
Birth chart wise, saturn on MC square mercury on DC and jupiter in house 1 near natal AC. Career struggles would be indicated by this. Your nnode in gemini in 5th has now progressed to the 9th indicating writing/communicating philosophy/beliefs. Thank you for explanation. You know, I have no idea about Horary Astrology,
but I had feeling, there is 11th house full of planets. Then I think, when you do Horary for yourself, you can choose the hour of the day, when is the best solution for the question. Is that right then? This Horary confuses me a bit.

I do Solar Return from 2000, and it is true: all happened. This year is very strange, because my 12th in Solar is full of best planets: Sun on AC, Venus, Mercury, Moon, Part of Fortune, North Node. I have feeling, I am going to the Hospital or Monastery (I was in Spain, 2004 for four weeks, and nuns are not so bad at all). There is Jupiter in 7th on DC. Jupiter in 7th I had, when I was 22 years old and my Assistent at University wanted to be my friend. To help me by Sociology, I didn't like at all. It was not right, that I went to study Economy, I wanted to study foreign languages.
I forgot names of many men, but his full name, I still know. That means for me, Jupiter in 7th, close to DC: there is somebody from higher position.
Believe me: more times (I have printed my all Solar Returns till my 19 year back) there was Sun, or Mercury, or Mars, or two of them in 7th (all belong to 7th), I have met some man, or more. Twice, I had Venus on AC, 1973 in 12th (I met first time most important man in my life); 2002, Venus in 1st on AC (I met him again), and we stayed in contact for one year. He was my husband in my Past life (I have made Regression 1992, because nobody knew, why I have steady pains and I was hanging myself because of him. By Regression without hypnosis. I had terrible pains on the bed). He was always absent, travelling around. We were living in North England in one Palace. That is, why I want so badly, to live in London. I feel there, as I came to home.

Why am I asking for new or somebody, I already met? Because, I was working over 23 years at the Reception desk, and met many men, most of them much younger than me. Wrong is that, I have this pains all the time, and when I had them, I didn't want to have any contact, with any man. I have three neuralgias (one in the face, Trigeminal, and this changes my look. Without this pains I look much younger, maybe because of Jupiter in 1st or AC Libra), which are very painfull. So, more times I told to this men, we are going to meet each other in next life, maybe we will be the same age. I have for sure about 10 men for next life. A bit stupid for somebody, who is going to read my message, and doesn't believe in Reincarnation.
Normally is: what you can do today, don't leave it for tomorrow.

Hope, that somebody, I know (they are all foreigners) comes back to me. I am tired of new men. And, I have met the best men, I don't believe there are better anymore.

You say, there is nothing in 8th or 12th house. That is Horary!

But,
1. I have Solar AC close to the Cusp of 8th.
2. Progressive Moon in 8th.
3. Progressed Venus (ruler of my 8th) conj.Natal Pluto (natural ruler of 8th)
4. Pluto in Solar in 8th.
and there is more about 8th house. Who knows, what is going to happen?

You was the only one, who gave me answer to my question.
Unfortunally, I didn't meet any man over any Social Organisation. I really need somebody from them to help me for my health. All my head is like one great part of Ice. No circulation, nothing.

I write to you my second message about your answer to me (the only one).
As you told me, I will meet somebody over Social Organisation, I didn't contact till now none, except UN, but there is nothing. I have contact them about my health.
It is strange, that nobody wants to help me! I don't know, why? If you look my birth chart, I am very good and helpfull person (Jupiter in 1st, and Mercury in 6th).
