No fire except for Mid-Heaven

Hello, I just read seomthing in another thread about lone planets in elements, and how all the energy from the other planets will be directed there (or something like that).

I was wondering if this applies to my mid heaven being the only real thing I have in fire? (9th and 10th house cusps are in saggitarius also, but the only other thing is vesta in leo)
