Synastry chart: hopeful?

I met this man recently at a barbeque - we ended up talking for quite some time. I"m smitten but he seems shy. Is there any hope?

note: i do not have a birth hour so i've used midnight. I realize this means the reading will not be exact, or even close to it, but any help is appreciated.
