The trine is out of sign.....usually a trine is in the same element. But here it crosses water and fire. Water and earth are female elements and form trines and sextiles....as do fire and air. Squares and inconjuncts happen when you mix female and male elements in aspect. The energies require more work to synthesise....but certainly not impossible. It just needs more creative work individually to help the energies flow well together.
