Ok, T......(I am assuming that you have read this educational thread on "looking at progressions", posted by BobZemco :
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum...ad.php?t=26827 )
The progressed chart that you have posted shows the position as at 19th July 2010 (the "default" date, when you produced the chart at Astro.com)...
For comparison with the natal chart, you need the "day-for-a-year" progressions...a chart calculated on the assumption that each day after your birthday represents one year of life, and using the exact time + lattitude/longitude of your natal chart......(Your calculated chart uses a Universal Time of 23.04, rather than 07.22......So, you need to redraw it at Astro.com with a date of 22nd November 2009...which will give you the "day-for-a-year" Progressed Chart for the 12 months from age 20 to 21).
The only noticeable change between the 22 Nov and 19 July progressed charts will be the position of the Moon......But that's important, because the Moon progresses one degree for each month...thus providing us with a timing device...(For example, on 19th July the progressed Moon is at 25 degrees Gemini...and will make no aspects until the qcx with natal Sun in 5 months time, when "something is likely to happen".)
[Note : Apologies for the laboured explanation, but it really is neccessary to use "day-for-a-year" progressions for comparison to natal charts...and "current" progressions as a device for timing/daily monitoring of predicted events.]

When comparing the "day-for-a-year" progressed chart with the natal chart, the first step is to look for aspects made by the inner planets of the progressed chart to all planets in the natal chart (allowing a maximum orb of 1 degree)...
...In your case, T...I cannot see any progressed inner planet to natal planet aspects (other than those made by the progressed moon), but Pmars is aspecting the natal Asc/Dsc axis...(highlighting relationships as a key issue for you during this progression)...
...Progressions of the Moon last only three months, but we can use your Pmoon to Nvenus/Nchiron to illustrate the process :-
Pmoon activates not only your Nvenus/Nchiron, but also the whole of any natal configuration(s) which they are involved in......So, your natal Venus+Saturn+Neptune+Uranus/Chiron+Jupiter/Pluto+Mars is being triggered by this three month long progression of the Moon...
Therefore, to interpret the progression correctly you must understand how that natal configuration works in your life....which is likely to have been triggered during this progression by "emotional communications in your career" (Pmoon in Gemini/10th)...
Understanding the natal configuration is the main difficulty/task though...which requires personal knowledge/experience only you can have...(But every progression/transit activating the configuration presents an opportunity to learn about it, by a retrospective analysis of what happened at the time.)
[Note : Does this help...Or am I just making the interpretation of progressions appear more complicated than they actually are?]
