Chart with stellium - please help analyze

Please help me analyze my chart - here it is:

I'm a scorpio with cancer rising. I think I have a stellium also in my fifth house, but I'm not sure.

Thanks Tim for analyzing...I have to admit I perfectly fit/ agree with all that you have stated. I haven't had a single boyfriend yet though - I assume this is due to my Saturn in the 7th house.
