I dont know the time of birth for julia but i did a chart for her birth time and transits for the day. I found it very interesting.
firstly that venus and mars will be conjunct over her sun
also mercury will be rx (not good for an election) but it will conj her pof
one of the mosst prommissing transits is the t moon conj her saturn & jupiter plannet of responsibility and on a large scale (jupiter)
t sun will be on her uranus and on ( that point that is good fortune 29 leo) sorry i dont remember what its called will get back to ya here.
I think it looks promasing but not sure about the merc rx..
