Rahu,Mars,Venus in 10th?

I've discovered Vedic recently
and I've found a site where to do my free vedic chart and a lot of things poped out, firstly my Rahu,Mars and Venus in 10th,and my vedic ascendant ( libra ) and pluto in the seventh. Venus is my Lagna ( sry if I mispelled anything ) Lord and it's in 10th,house of career,so can I interpret that as that my life partner will be someone who will help me career wise,or be beneficial in my career ,pushe me forward etc..?somewhere it said ''marriage out of power'' or that it will give me power

And Rahu and Mars in the 10th I've read they are good,that they give great courage,talent in the arts ( I think Rahu does )

In what way is he spoiling?

skin problems associate me with skin cancer

and sexual energy in the 10th house,house of career..what would that mean?

this is a western placidus chart.

mars/venus/rahu are in the 3rd and not in the 10th.

mars the ascendant in the 3rd capricorn elevated alongwith saturn in his own could make life enterprising, methodical, disciplined and progressive, while in marriage could make the woman feel superior to man.

venu lord of the 7th for marriage is wih rahu in acquairus in the 3rd house which could be suggestive of marrying an acquaintance a known person around and could be a foreigner. venus/rahu could be inclined toward s materialistic splendor/glamor and with acting-artistic skills.

jupiter is the significator for the husband and is elevated in cancer with moon in cancer - but cancer is inimical for the fixed scorpio ascendant as a movable sign while jupiter negates to the 8th in the placidus thus there could be less support from the husband/father - as 9th house and jupiter both are significators for father/husband - who could be sensitive, perceptive and ethical in approach. with saturn being lord of the 4th cusp mother could have been a disicplinarian/reformer perhaps.

your sun/mercury in pisces in the 4th make you too sensitive, conservative, religious minded at heart and with oratory skills perhaps while one could yet be confused with lower comprehension skills - the debilation of mercury in pisces gets cancelled by lord jupiter being elevated as well as aspecting his own sign and mercury in pisces.

currently rahu the node is transiting over capricorn over natal saturn/mars while ketu is transiting natal moon in cancer. a year back rahu-ketu the nodes were in transit overlapping each other over the natal nodes and could have caused stress and reversals in life possibly impacting relationships, communications, initiative, sibling relationships, etc making one impulsive perhaps.

saturn now entering elevated libra in the 12th house as lord of 3/4 houses and could lead to foreign lands with ketu transit over the 9th cancer while being the sign libra some laziness too could creep in.
