Question Natal gives glimpse into cause of death?

Hi All,

I realize this can be interpreted as a controversial topic. Regardless, I'm interested, and I see that there are a few out there who are, as well. I have an irrationally immense fear of flying, and the job I just took requires a heck of a lot of it. From what I gather, though, it doesn't seem like I will go while traveling...

I'm also a little concerned about the placement of the planets in my 4th house...many malefics chase my sun, and it creeps me out.

I would appreciate any input/analysis anyone can provide. I want to approach this with an open mind, and I want to understand it. I am studying on my own, but I've had difficulty finding good resources.

I've read about the hyleg and pars hyleg. I just need help connecting the dots here...

Thank you.

They have hypno-therapy for that. Flying is fun, so long as you stay out of trees. If you like intense excitement, travel by helicopter. Nothing like trying to put out a fire with Skydrol squirting all over you. At least it keeps you pre-occupied.

Are you sure? The 8th House describes the manner of death, and in your case the 8th is ruled by Jupiter parked on the Descendant ruled by Saturn (who also rules the 6th House) laughing in Sagittarius in the 4th. You know Jupiter and Saturn are in Mutual Reception, right? Just kidding. Your enemy is disease, not airplanes.

Anyway, with Jupiter on an angle you have something in common with the people who survived the Everglades Crash (not Value-Jet, the Lockheed Tri-Star Wide-Body 1011 -- I think Eastern or American was running that route).

Chasing your Sun? If Mars and Saturn start moving faster than the Sun, it won't matter because it'll be the end of our Solar System.

Hyleg, pars hyleg, anareta, part of death, part of killing planet, part of peril, etc, etc are all advanced concepts requiring a substantial degree of study in traditionalist and hellenistic astrological thought before they can really be approached and correctly understood for effective application in practice.

May I suggest (unless you are an advanced practitioner) that you start with a study of what Charles Carter has written on this matter, in his "Principles of Astrology"...

Re: Natal gives glimpse into cause of death?

Thanks for the reassurance, BobZemco. I feel a bit better about flying now, and I'm trying hard to fight the fear. I'm actually getting better at dealing with it.

I'm interested in what you see in regards to disease being my enemy. Can you please speak more on this?

Thanks for the help dr.farr. I do have a very general understanding of astrology including houses, planets, aspects, transits, and progressions. I have a deep interest to learn more, and I learn something every day. Thank you for the key words.
